Shamanic ceremony
A shamanic ceremony is an ancient ritual for healing and for reaching deeper layers of consciousness. You sit or lie down while, for a few hours, I sing icaros, shamanic songs, and play drums and other instruments. Ceremonies are booked through a free intro call.
I learned the tradition over several years as an apprentice to my shamanic teachers in Costa Rica.

In the past, the shaman was the healer of the tribe, the one who held ceremonies and helped people with guidance and healing. The shaman works with songs, rhythms and the unconscious rather than with words and analysis. That is the tradition I have trained in.
What happens during a ceremony?
You sit or lie down the whole time. I sing icaros, spiritual shamanic songs, and play different instruments. Icaros are not sung in an everyday language. They speak directly to the unconscious part of us. You are there to receive and just listen.
Thoughts, feelings and physical sensations often move during the ceremony, and insights may come along the way. Afterwards there is time for integration, and a chance to share if you want to.
Ceremonies in Sweden are held with cacao, tobacco, blue lotus and hypnosis. They are only booked after an intro call.
Ceremonies with plant medicines
For several years I have led ceremonies with plant medicines according to the shamanic traditions of the Amazon. These ceremonies take place in the Netherlands because of Swedish law.
In Sweden I offer the option of taking a medicine without illegal substances, made specially for these countries by our medicine maestro from the Andes in Peru.
This medicine has been developed to give similar results, but without the ingredients that are illegal in Sweden. It is called Awakening Medicine.
All information about these ceremonies is given in a personal conversation.
Before and after
We always start with a conversation, so that you feel safe and know what you're going into. You will also be asked to fill in a health questionnaire, with questions that show whether this is right for you.
After the ceremony we have a short follow-up conversation, and you can always get help with integration.
Safety first
The most important thing is that you feel safe, both with the ceremony and with me. I'm happy to answer all your questions before you decide.
