Booking terms

These are the terms that apply when you book a treatment or a place at an event with Wholeness. Get in touch if anything is unclear.

This is a translation. If the Swedish and English versions differ, the Swedish version applies.

Who you are booking with

Wholeness is run by Daniel Ringh. I see clients at Sacred Space Studio, Badhusgatan 3D, 722 15 Västerås, Sweden.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are on the prices page and include VAT.
  • When you book a treatment online, you pay the full price straight away. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Payment is handled by Stripe.
  • 33% discount: for students, pensioners, job seekers and people on long-term sick leave. You show valid proof at your visit. If you can't show proof, you pay the difference on the day. The discount can't be combined with other offers.
  • Events: you reserve your place with a deposit online. The deposit is deducted from the price, and you pay the rest on the day.

Booking

  • You can book up to 12 hours before your visit.
  • Urgent appointments: call me on +46 70 421 62 21. I have urgent appointments that aren't shown on the site.
  • Your booking is complete when you have received a confirmation. Keep the link in the confirmation: there you can see and cancel your time.
  • Hypnosis via Time Lines can also be done remotely via WhatsApp or Google Meet. You'll get a link before we meet. Shamanic healing and naprapathy take place in person.
  • Ceremonies are not booked online. They are booked after a personal intro call, and you get the terms for them at that point.
  • All times are in Swedish time.

Cancellation and refunds

Treatments

  • More than 24 hours before your visit: you get the full amount back.
  • Less than 24 hours before: no refund. If you are ill or unable to come, you can change to a new time. Call or email me.
  • If you don't show up without cancelling, the full amount is charged.

Events

  • More than 24 hours before: you get the full deposit back.
  • Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
  • If you don't show up, there is no refund.

How to cancel

  • Use the link in your confirmation, or call or email me. If you want to change your time, call or email me.
  • Refunds go back to the payment method you used and usually show within a few banking days after they have been made.

If I need to cancel

If I'm ill or have to cancel for another reason, I'll get in touch as soon as I can. You then choose a new time or get the full amount back.

3-session packages

  • A package is valid for one year from purchase.
  • You book the first session when you buy the package, and the other two with your package code whenever it suits you.
  • The same cancellation rules apply as for treatments: if you cancel more than 24 hours before, the session goes back into your package; if you cancel later or don't show up, it counts as used.
  • If you want to end your package before all sessions are used, you pay the regular price for the sessions you have had and get the difference back. Example: shamanic healing, package 3,900 SEK. If you have had one session, you pay 1,500 SEK and get 2,400 SEK back. Get in touch with me.
  • Sessions not used within one year are not refunded.
  • The package is personal.

Health and responsibility

My treatments and ceremonies are a complement to, not a replacement for, care from a doctor or licensed healthcare professional. If you have a diagnosis or take medication, talk to your doctor first, and tell me when we meet.

Questions and complaints

Please contact me first, and we'll sort it out. If we can't agree, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se.
