How a ceremony works

Step by step

  1. Intro call. We talk about what you're looking for, and whether a ceremony is right for you.
  2. Preparation. Your health questionnaire must be sent in and approved by me two weeks before the ceremony. You also send in your intentions, what you would like help with. They are private and not shared with anyone unless you choose to share them.
  3. The ceremony. You sit or lie down while I sing icaros and play instruments.
  4. Integration. Right afterwards there is time to land, and to share if you want to.
  5. Follow-up. Some time after the ceremony we have a short conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Who can take part in a ceremony?

Anyone who wants to raise their consciousness or has something they would like help with. Many people come for guidance in life. There are some medical conditions where ceremonies aren't suitable, so we always go through your health first.

Do I have to share anything with the group?

No. Sharing is always voluntary, both before and after.

Can I do it wrong?

No. There is no right or wrong in a ceremony. Most people find it deeply relaxing.

What are icaros?

Icaros are spiritual shamanic songs. They are not sung in an everyday language but in what you could call the language of the unconscious, and they are used to bring into awareness, and change, what has been holding us back.

What happens after the ceremony?

The process continues within you, and it looks different for everyone. We have a short conversation afterwards, and you can always get help with integration.

Does a ceremony replace other care?

No. Shamanism is a complement to, not a replacement for, care from a doctor or psychologist.

How do I book?

Ceremonies are booked through a free intro call.
